The solution aimed at improving the registration and onboarding process to reduce the drop-off rate and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our customers. We introduce, chat support and progress overview that makes it seamless for user to continue their registration from where they stopped.

We conducted user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into users' perspectives, pain points, and expectations during the registration and onboarding process. We concluded in making the app onboarding lively and appealing.

The revised registration process led to a significant reduction in the drop-off rate. Users found the process more streamlined, resulting in higher conversion rates.
