There are lots of people who still don't trust the current logistic space in Nigeria,
Spatch want to make a product people will trust. We want to create without having
any problem to trust the platform.
People who do business with delivery everyday are often skeptical with the current logistics.
We set out to build a product and services they can trust and we want to tailor the experience
for better engagement and less frictions.
I was task to learn how best-in-class competitors are solving the problems,
and find the right appoach to solve the problem. To define which aspects of competitors software is
best solving the problem the best and design an intuitive one that can compete.
